Space Rental Information

Located off Rittenhouse Square in Center City Philadelphia, Trinity Center offers an historic, award-winning setting for conferences, meetings, corporate dinners, special events and performances.

The Great Hall is also a spectacular setting for: meetings, workshops, ceremonies, weddings, receptions, banquets, dances, parties, concerts and exhibitions.

300 standing, or for seated performances, 200 for seated meals

(All contracts specify access time, lock-up time)

Great Hall
Food and beverages, other than water, are not permitted during rehearsals or with use of upholstered seating.
Weddings are personalized and negotiated.

Use 'as is'
No reconfiguration or furniture moving, minimal lighting, no set-ups
$95.00 per hour (day-time)

Rehearsal
Substantial reconfiguration and/or furniture moving, maximum lighting & AC
$125.00 per hour (day-time)

Flexible activities, as needed by renter
Reconfiguration negotiated as needed and done by TCUL staff
$185.00 per hour (day-time). May require $50 staffing fee

Evening event
Reconfiguration negotiated as needed and done by TCUL staff.
90 minutes prior access; 1 to 2 hour usage; prompt lock-up; maximum of 3 ½ hours.
$850.00 plus $50 staffing fee (evening hours)

Full day rental; 10 hours maximum
Set-up and furniture reconfiguration done by TCUL staff.
Can include pre-scheduled delivery/pick-up of outside equipment.
$2200.00 plus $100 staffing fee

Reception/Green Room
Rental rates depend on decoration and settings for events. Capacity is approximately 100 standing, 60 seated, depending on configurations.

Additional equipment options:

  • no charge - from TCUL inventory: 6' tables, seats, limited quantity music stands
  • $80 or $100 - from TCUL inventory: stage flats, according to each setting
  • $100 - 9x12 projection screen, for each setting

Restrictions:

  • No smoking indoors
  • Hard spirits never
  • Wine and beer only during non-upholstered settings
  • Food & beverages as indicated in rental categories
